Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Business Model

Arokah Solutions LLP operates on a B2B (business-to-business) model. All orders are treated as bulk commercial orders and are processed based on confirmed specifications and quantities.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are confirmed or processed. Once production, packing, or dispatch has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be applicable after order confirmation and processing.

• No refunds will be provided once goods are dispatched.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only under exceptional circumstances approved by management.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case of damaged or incorrect product delivery, the customer must inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving the shipment with proper proof (images/videos).

• Replacement or resolution will be provided after verification.

• Claims made after the specified time may not be considered.

5. Non-Returnable Goods

Due to the nature of bulk manufacturing and supply, products are generally non-returnable unless explicitly agreed upon under specific conditions.

6. Payment Refund Timeline

If any refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.

7. Order Modifications

Changes in order specifications (quantity, type, variant) must be communicated before confirmation. Once finalized, modifications may not be possible.
